How to get the samples
We can arrange sample delivery. For customers who have not cooperated with us before, the sample express delivery fee needs to be paid by your side. Of course, the express delivery fee will be returned to you after we cooperate. Moreover, after we cooperate, we will bear the express cost of mailing the samples.
- Our existing samples: Usually we provide customers with free samples of our existing MDF molding and wood molding. The shape and size of their products may not be the products you need, but you can use them to test the quality of our products and the surface treatment effect is no problem at all. of.
- Customized samples: If you need a sample that is exactly same as the product you need, and our existing samples do not have this product, then a customized sample is required. This requires a sample fee because we need to make the metal molds required for production.

How to customize the product
Confirme the product drawing
The most important thing is to get the confirmed product drawing. If you can supply the product drawing to us, that will be the perfect and then we will arrange the production according to your drawings. If you can not supply it, we need to have one product sample, then we will make the drawing according to your samples and will send the drawing for your confirmation when it is finished.
Confirme the other details
Then we can confirm other product information, whether the surface effect of the product needs to be white primed or not, what is the length of the product you need, and whether there are any special requirements for the packaging of the product. If you have no requirements for packaging, you can refer to our regular packaging to see if it is OK. All of the questions are solved, the product customization is finished.
Our delivery time
Usually our order production takes about 2 weeks. If it is a product we have produced before, the order can be completed in 1 week. For customers who have requirements for the delivery date, please tell us the specific date in advance and we will arrange the production according to your requirements and we will arrange the nearest shipping voyage after the order is produced. The time required for sea transportation varies from country to country. For example, the shipping to the LA port of the United States is 18-20day, to the ports in the eastern United States will take around 35days.

Ordinary product packaging
Our products are usually packaged into small packages using PVC film, and then several small packages are stacked together and fixed on plywood pallets. The pallet package is very useful for the container loading and unloading.
Customized packaging
