Our moulding products are all prefinished chair rail, so no need to sanding before you paint or stain the moulding surface. The white primed surface is ready to paint and The non-primed wood moulding is ready to stain with different color.
How to get a samples?
Usually we provide our existing samples to customers so that they can review the product quality. Some customers may be worried that the sample is not the products they need, so the quality of the ordered products will be different from the sample quality. We understand your concerns, but usually our samples are used to confirm the raw materials quality and surface effect. If you have recognized the sample quality, we guarantee that the quality of the ordered products will be the same as the sample, or even better than the sample quality. As for the moulding size and shape, since our production is strictly according to the CAD drawing confirmed by the customer, as long as there is no problem with the CAD drawing, there will be no problem with the size and shape of our product. If you need the customized samples, there will sample charge.

The delivery time
The delivery time is 15-20 days for the new orders after receive the deposit, but the repeat orders will take less time. If our clients have the urgent orders, we can deliver the product in one week after receive the purchase order. Our monthly production capacity is around 200 40ft containers of MDF moulding and 50 40ft containers of wood moulding, that can guarantee our delivery time.

Packaging Method
Regular product packaging
We will first pack the products into small packages with PVC film, and then fix several packages to plywood pallets. The pallet package is convenient to load and unload the product.
Customized packaging
We can put customized product labels on the products, and the PVC film used for packaging can also be printed with customer information.
Products individually packaged
We can provide individual product packaging suitable for supermarkets or online sales, and both customer information and product information can be customized.
