How to installation the baseboard moulding
The installation of the baseboard moulding is not so difficult. You can use the saw to cut the moulding to the length that you need. Nailing baseboard trim is one choice, if you do not have requirements for the installation surface effect , because usually nail installation will leave fixation marks on the surface. Or you can choose to install the baseboard with adhesive. You only need to apply adhesive on the back of the moulding and stick it tightly to the wall. This installation method will leave no traces of installation. You need to pay attention when installing baseboard trim to the wall corners, you need to use a miter saw to cut both ends of the moulding into 45-degree angles and splice them together, then you can install the moulding to the corner perfect.

What is the maximum types for mixing different types
We only can accept the full container order quantiy. Because the transportation cost of LCL plus customs clearance fees will make the product price uncompetitive. The full container of one moulding profile is the best quantity, but if your order quantity can not be so large, mixing 3-4 different kinds of mouldings profiles in one 40ft container is ok.

How about your delivery time
Our delivery time is very punctual because our monthly production capacity can reach up to 200 pcs 40ft containers of MDF molding, 50 pcs 40ft containers of wood molding. Further more, our factory is located very close to the departure port, so it is very convenient to deliver the containers to the port. Normally, the delivery time is around 15days for MDF moulding and 20 days for wood moulding after we receive the deposit.
How to customize the baseboard moulding
Firstly, we need have the CAD drawing, If you can provide the drawing, we will directly produce the product according to it. Or you can provide samples, we will make the product drawing according to the sample and send the drawing for your confirmaion. The moulding size can be customized, such as 2 inch, 4 inch, 8 inch tall or even 12 inch are ok for us. The thickness can be 1/2 inch, 1 inch or 1.5 inch and other thickness. So tell us the detailed moulding information, we will supply the correct product to you.
