How to customize MDF moulding

Send the drawing
I need a correct drawing if you want to customize a new type of painted baseboard moulding, a sample from you is also good for production. You can show a picture to me also to let me know more of your ideas, we will do a drawing for you for confirmation also before a sample doing.

Make the sample and test
We will do a sample according to the drawing or sample which you give to me, we will test it after we done it, the testing length should be 5400mm, we will cut them into pieces and send to your to confirm and leave some in our factory for matching with the bulk order.

Send you the sample for confirm
The sample which send to you need a confirmation from you, you can test the coating, material and also the density of the finished baseboards. To compare my sample with your products if you have, we can change the sample again and again until it can matched your requirements.

Bulk order production
After you confirmation the sample, we can produce the bulk order according to the sample which we leave in our factory. And we will do the mold for bulk baseboard molding production, no matter for LDF material or for wooden material production, a correct mold is needed for production according to the drawings.
How to installation our baseboard molding
Nail
All of our finished baseboard moulding are easily installing in your home, nail installation is the common way for us to installation the moulding in your house. The nail is much smaller and special, they are very good products cause the light density, we can help you with that if you are not familiar about it.
Gluing
The glue is special for using in installation, they are more tight normally and you do not need to worry about the risk of falling off. Besides choose our primed products for your using, you also can choose a finished product with paint, veneer with different colors as you.
Material introduction of baseboard molding
LDF
The density of our LDF are much lighter and they are the best material in China, we produce the material in our own factory and make sure it will not crack even you buy 5400mm length of products from us. We are the best choice if you want to buy mdf base moulding profiles from China, we will take the risk for the damage during shipment and also usage.
Wooden
The wooden material do have more than 10 kinds for common using, oak, pine, poplar, birch or any other kinds of wood are all can be chosen from us. Different wood materials do have its special feature, we have to knowing each of the features to make a high quality moulding with these wooden materials, but the price will be very different for each type of wood.
What is the maximum types for mixing different types
There are 6 pallets in one container during loading, there are 7 packs in one pallet, if you are not have stocks in our factory and each time you give order to us separately, the production for less quantity do have high cost so we have a request for orders, so no more than 6 types can be mixed to loading in the container. Or you can mixed as more as you can, but no more than 42 kinds with your stocks order.
How to package the baseboard molding
pallet package for bulk order
This is the most common package for our goods, we do package 7 packs in one pallet and loading 6 pallets in one 40 foot container, a printed film can be packaged outside the pallet for each pack of traditional baseboard trim.
Special package with small pack
These special package can be made with a special size and special pallet, you can easily transport them to anywhere you want and also you can easily sold them out with these small packs of these traditional baseboard molding.
Shrink package with label
Most of these package will be sold in the market, we can help you package them according to your special requirements like put a flyer for promoting inside the package, labels for outside the package of your painting baseboard molding.

Our delivery time is very quick and for the first order of yours, we can give a much quicker delivery time which will send to you in one week, the quantity can be no more than 50 containers for the rushed order, or will be take around 2 weeks. Shipping method of baseboard molding
- DDP Shipping: This method is suitable for most of the customers whose do not familiar about shipment and exporting, than we can do this shipment no matter you want to buy one container or many containers from us. The price will be much better even you use our agent, you can contact with us to get a price firstly.
- DDU Shipping: Tax can be paid by us or buy you when you transport the goods to your warehouse directly, so DDU is also another super choice for transporting the goods. All is depend on our customers choice, the shipping cost is not stable but it will not change much, get the price from us and compare the price with your own agent.
- FOB and CIF Shipping: FOB term is the most common and the frequently terms that we are using now, you can choose the shipping agent of ours, you also can choose your agent for shipping the goods. But CIF is also common term for us when you choose our shipping agent for shipping your goods, the price is also good for us.
