Our products are produced strictly according to the drawing confirmed by the customer. The product size is very precise. 3.5 colonial baseboard, 5.25 baseboard molding or other product sizes can be produced accurately, do not neet to worry about product size when installing.

Whether it is the surface of the molding product or the cutting surfaces at both ends, they are all treated very smooth. clean. If you need us to cut it into the length of the product you need, 4 inch colonial baseboard or 7.25 inch baseboard, or 16ft and other different sizes, each side of our product can be processed perfectly.
Evenly coating surface
The coating of our primed molding products is very evenly covered on the surface of the product. Whether it is a flat board or a molded area, their thickness is very uniform, and the thickness is only 0.18-0.2mm.

How to customize MDF moulding
Confirm product drawing
If the customer has a ready-made drawing, it can be sent to us directly. Or just like some common product models, such as wm 620 baseboard, wm618 baseboard, wm713 baseboard, you can tell us the product model directly.
Make the drawing
If the customer does not have product drawing, they can also directly send us the samples. We will make the drawing based on the sample and send it to the customer for confirmation.
Confirm other product information
Customers need to confirm the product raw materials, whether MDF molding or wood molding is required, and whether the surface effect needs to be primed or other effects.
Arrange order production
After all information is confirmed, we will arrange production based on the determined product and order information.
Material introduction
MDF board
Our MDF boards are produced by ourselves, and there are various product densities to choose from to meet the different product needs of customers. The densities of our products are 580kg/m3, 630kg/m3, 680kg/m3, and 720kg/m3. If you need products with higher density, we can also provide them, but the length of the molding products produced will be shorter, such as 5.25 inch baseboard
Wood
There are many types of wood used to produce molding products, mainly divided into two categories: softwood and hardwood. Common softwoods include pine, poplar, etc., and hardwoods include oak, walnut, basswood, etc. They all have their own wood grains and colors, so customers’ preferences are also different. No matter what kind of wood you need, we can provide it, and we have no problem with FSC products.
