Smooth edges
Each edge of the moulding product is polished and processed to be very smooth. The edges of the square edge are very straight and have a strong three-dimensional effect. Both ends of the cutting surface are treated very clean, and there will be no burrs or primer overflow.

Whether it is the raw material of MDF moulding or wood moulding , they are all selected with good quality. For example, our MDF boards are all made of wood species with relatively long fibers, so that the MDF boards will be stronger and have stronger nail-holding power.
Strong primed coating
The raw material formula of our primer coating is optimized, which can not only reduce the thickness of the coating, but also improve its stability and paint adhesion. The thickness of our coating is 0.18-0.2mm, and it is not easy to crack.

How to customize MDF moulding
Make product drawing
The drawing is mainly used to confirm the size and shape of the molding product, and is the presentation effect of the product on paper. Such as the drawing of 4 flat baseboard, you can see the product size and shape on the drawing.
Confirm the moulding size
Different kinds of clients have their own requirement on the moulding length. The wholesaler prefer the 16ft/17ft length, the retailer prefer the moulding with different length, 6 inch flat baseboard trim, 4 inch flat baseboard or shorter 3.5 inch baseboard molding are all ok for us.
Confirm the raw material
There are the MDF moulding and wood moulding product, and there are different wood species to make the choice. So we need to know what kinds of raw material you need. Our popular products are the MDF moulding and pine wood moulding.
Confirm the sample
After all the information is confirmed, we will arrange the sample according to the confirmed product information, and then send it to the customer for confirmation. After the sample is confirmed, our order will be produced according to the sample standard.
How to installation modern flat baseboards and trim

Clean the walls
Before installing flat white baseboards, you need to clean the area where the wall needs to be installed, so that the wall after installation will be cleaner and tidier, and rapidfit baseboard trim will be easier to install.

Fix molding to the wall
Flat timber mouldings are very easy to install, you can fix it directly to the wall with adhesive, nails, screws, so they are rapidfit base molding. Moreover, our molding has strong nail-holding power, and there will be no cracking problem if nails are used.

Pair with other products
Coping flat baseboards with other products is a good choice, such as flatstock baseboard with cove molding or flat baseboard with quarter round baseboard trim on steps or 5 flat baseboard with shoe molding, they can bring different decorative effects.
The Shipping Terms
Our product shipping method is mainly by sea. This method is not only low-cost, but also relatively safe. In order to meet different customer needs, we can provide different shipping terms. FOB, CIF, DDP and EXW are commonly used shipping terms. For customers with import experience, they usually have their own shipping agent, so FOB, CIF or EXW are all ok for us. If you have no import experience or have not found a suitable shipping agent, DDP is a very suitable choice. We will deliver the products to your warehouse and you do not need to deal with any issues about product imports.
