Light weight
Pine wood is a soft wood. Compared with other hardwoods, pine colonial baseboard has a lower density and the product is lighter in weight, making it easier to handle during installation and transportation.
Thin primer coating
The primer coating thickness of primed finger joint pine baseboard and molding is 0.18-0.2mm, the small thickness is not easy to crack and fall off. The coating is also applied evenly and smooth, so the quality looks better.
Exact product size
The moulding is produced by the professional machine, so the size is very precise, whether you need the 1×4 pine baseboard or 1×6 pine baseboard, or the 6 inch pine baseboard, they all will be cut to what you need.
How to customize MDF moulding
Confirm samples
We will prepare some samples of product products, but the size and shape may not be what you need, they can be used to confirm the quality of our products, and these samples are free.
Confirm product information
We need to know the size, surface treatment effect, raw materials and product quantity of the product so that we can provide a quotation based on the product information
Confirm product drawing
You can send us samples directly. For example, after receiving the sample of 92×18 primed pine baseboard trim, we will draw a CAD drawing based on the sample and send it to the customer for confirmation.
Order production
After all order information is confirmed and the customer’s purchase contract is received, we will arrange product production based on the order information and the delivery time required by the customer.
Types of pine timber skirting board
Knotty or non-knotty moulding
The knot on the wood is processed manually. In order to ensure the product quality, so the price will be relatively high. Our knotty pine base molding is also produced with good quality pine wood, but the knotty processing is not as strict as non-knotty products.
Products of different lengths
Regarding the product length, some customers prefer a longer size, such as 16-inch white pine baseboard molding, some customers prefer a shorter product, 4 inch pine baseboard, 5 inch pine baseboard stair trim or even 1 inch baseboard trim pine. We can cut any length as your need.
Different styles of products
We have a variety of different styles of molding products, from flat pine molding and ovolo pine skirting boards with simple designs, to classical-style products with complex designs, they can all be produced accurately and perfectly.
Material for basebaord moulding
MDF board
Our MDF boards are all produced by ourselves, and our rich production experience can help us continuously optimize the performance of MDF boards, so that we can produce molding products with low density and strong anti-bending capabilities.
Soft wood
The texture of soft wood is relatively soft and easy to shape. Pine is a relatively economical wood species, and it is easier to use it to produce curved products such as ovolo skirting pine and pine bullnose skirting boards.
Hard wood
Products produced by hard wood are more three-dimensional and textured. Common wood species include oak, walnut, etc. Our hard wood molding can be customized. Both 5 inch oak skirting board and 4 inch oak baseboard can be made into different shapes.
What is the maximum types for mixing different types
In order to meet the needs of different customers, we can mix different products in the container, such as flat pine trim and pine ovolo skirting 119mm. If they are all molding products, you can mix 4-5 different products. If you need to mix different products, such as molding products and doors, that is also possible. As long as your product quantity is not too small, we will try our best to meet customer needs.
