Do black baseboard molding do have different method during production, black baseboard moulding with paint, paper melamine or PE film lamination are all available during production, but each method of the coating do have different price since the different coating materials for the black baseboard trim pieces.
Any other color
Beside the black and white classic colors which you can get from us, gray baseboard molding and brown baseboards and trim on baseboard or other dark wood baseboards all can get from us with different treatment and different price from us, we can supply more support for these different kinds of mouldings.

The sample of the moulding can be get from us freely with 100mm to 200mm standard size, bigger size like one foot to 3 foot are also can get from us for testing, the size of the width can be get 5.5 baseboard moulding, 6 in baseboard trim or any other width of moulding, the design of the sample can be get different from us as well as the materials. We normally have a standard sample case which can supply you more than 20 kinds of different products for you, including crown, base, wall panel or any other smaller moulding inside.

Details of plain white baseboards
Size
The size of the moulding do not have any limited in our factory, the size of the moulding is divided into three aspects, thickness, width and length, all of these 3 different aspects do not have any limited for both wood material and MDF material, so you can get 6.5 inch baseboard or 7.5 inch baseboard with 16 foot baseboard trim from us.
Surface coating
The surface of the knotty alder trim moulding mostly do gesso coating on the surface and base paint on it, the base coat allow you can do the paint on the surface of the moulding, or you have to paint the base coating before the surface coating on it, the thickness of the coating is more thin that allow you can use different installation method without crack.
Material
The material of knotty alder baseboard molding can be chosen pine wood, poplar wood, MDF or any other wood species from us, these different raw material do have different price, we normally choose pine wood as the material for the production of moulding, but you can choose any materials from us as your requested.
How to put order
Trail order
Trail order do not have any limited for the designs and sizes during production, we support you with mixed types of moulding inside the container, the maximum quantity of the designs which you can mixed in the container is around 6, the price also can be given to you with a huge quantity price for the trail order.
Bulk order
The bulk order for the 16ft baseboard with base cap or any other types of mouldings can support you with the package with stamp on the back of moulding, labeling on the back of the surface or package with branded filming for the moulding for promoting the brand and your company in your country.
Yearly order
The yearly order is also available for us with huge order especially when your quantity is more than 50 containers per month, the order will be given to us for preparation earlier for 3 month at least, so we can order the raw material in advance and delivery the goods on time, you can get carpet base molding or any other kinds of smaller mouldings from us.
