Far away from fire
As you know, almost all of the wood material and MDF material are not fire proof, they are flammable and you have to put the moulded skirtings and architraves which made with these materials are away from fire, or it is very dangerous things in your warehouse, smoking or any other open flame are not allowed in the storage factory.

Far away from moisture place
The MDF moulding will change its shape and the wooden material will have high water rate which will infect the nail holding ability if you storage these torus moulded skirting in humidity places, so we always told our agent to put the products in a place which is dry, to make sure the moulding will not have any problems.

Cleaning place
Most of the matching baseboard trim are primed without surface coating, so you have to do the surface coating before or after installation them, a clean surface is necessary of the moulding surface to make sure the moulding do have more smooth surface, you have to put these all things in a cleaning place for storage.

Package and shipment
Package
The package of the shadow molding baseboards are pallet pack, there are 6 pallets in one 40 foot container and there are 7 bundles in one pallet, the length of the moulding are normally made with 16 foot long, so the pallet is a very big and stronger one which is made by LVL, we loading the container by forklift and you also can loading them by forklift, but you need two forklifts for unloading the moulding since the extra long size.
Types
We normally do not accept type mixing for one pallet of the 7 bundles, so the maximum types you can mixing in the container is 6, mean one different type of each pallet, no matter for 6 inch square baseboard round or 8inch baseboard cap moulding profiles, the request of the mixing policy is not change, the smaller size of the moulding can get more quantity in one pallet and the bigger size of moulding will be get less quantity.
Shipment
FOB and CIF terms are the very common terms that you can get support from us, since the cheaper shipping cost we can supply for our customers, they prefer to use our shipping forwarder during shipment, you can choose your shipping forwarder during shipment if you do have familiar one, we can do the terms of FOB to give the support, DDP and DDU are the terms also can support you buy alexandria baseboard base shoe from us.
Certification of moulding
FSC
FSC is a cert which is belong to System certification, it means all of the people whose participate the production and shipment do need this cert to promise the material and all the processes are legal, this cert is necessary for many countries which according to the law, like Australia or some European countries, we have this as a professional MDF and solid timber skirting suppliers.
ASTM E84-2021a
This is a testing method for fire resistant products especially for our MDF product, but it is not a testing for finishing moulding, it is a testing for raw material MDF which we can supply you, to make you can know the material of ours with special using, this text will not infect the production of 1×6 baseboard trim profiles or 10 inch baseboard molding over existing, any sizes are all available which chosen our fire resistant material.
TSCA VI
This is a new name which change in these years, the old one is CARB P2 cert and test which we called. This is a test for Formaldehyde content in the MDF, we do not have this cert for timber wood, this is a very necessary report which control the quality of the MDF fir baseboard different heights since the Formaldehyde is harmful to human body if the content rate is high.
