What about the sizes of your moulding
- American standard: The size do have different request and standard which used for different countries, for example used for USA the size normally made with 16 foot long, few of our customers prefer to buy a short size of the moulding because the short moulding need more time connection for a big wall during installation, so few of our customers buy 7 inch baseboard trim or any other shorter size.
- Australia standard: For Au market they prefer much longer size compare with USA, they normally buy 5.4 meters moulding no matter for semi finished or finished moulding, the more longer moulding do have more strict request for both the material and the treatment, but you can get support for these kinds of moulding from us with high quality promised and get free samples from us for a checking.
- Other standard: The raw moulding and the semi finished moulding do not have shorter size unless the materials is not that good enough, in order to make them will not broken during installation, the shorter size will be made instead of the longer size. But for a finished moulding, the shorter size is very common since the shipment will be more easier and can keep them safe, so you can find 5 baseboard molding or 7 baseboard moulding in the market.
Material of prefinished baseboard moulding

Wood
Wood do have so many different species as you know, hard wood and soft wood do have their own different feature including knots, density or any other specifications, so we have to consider all of these different features during moulding production, but the size of the wood do not have any limited for moulding, no matter for size of 5 in baseboard trim, 7 inch baseboard moulding or 22 foot long size of moulding, all can be customized for you.
MDF
MDF do have different standard in our factory like common product, fire resistant and water resistant material during the production of moulding, the raw board do have different thickness which determine the size of the moulding. So the first production is the raw board and then make the raw board into the different sizes of moulding, the size of the MDF moulding do not have any limited as well as wood material also, so you can get 5 inch or 7 baseboard trim, length of the moulding can get any size.

Quantity confirmation
The quantity for the order each time can not less than a full 40 foot container, no matter for a 7 baseboard molding or more longer sizes of moulding, we allow you can mixed the different designs inside the container, but for each design of the moulding, the minimum quantity is one pallet during production.
