Choose material firstly
As you know the very different cost of the different materials, so you have to choose the material you want to buy, though pine wood and poplar wood are the common and cheap material in the market, but some other materials are also can be chosen for wood flat trim moulding production.
Choose type you want

Types of wood trim molding
Knotty
knotty pine baseboard trim is the most common product for almost all of the market, the price is much cheaper compare with the non- knotty material and make you can have a bigger market.
Non-knotty
This type of knotty alder baseboard moulding is normaly do have a smaller size like quarter round or half round, you can make the length much longer if you choose the non-knotty material during product.
How to installation our wood trim molding

Measure
You have to measure the place where you are going to installation the moulding, so you can cut the house baseboard trim in a very correct size for fitting it.

The place need to be clean
A clean place protect your wood base moulding profiles away from dust or any other dirty things, but you sometimes need to clean it when you sale it, dust is easy to clean but do not mean everything can clean easily.

Water will make LDF material loosing its shapes, and also make you can hardly installing the moulding on the wall much easier, so far away from the water is necessary for moulding products.
Far away from fire
All of our modern wood baseboards are Flammable, so you have to storage them in a place which far away from fire and also make the place without any Mars.
How about your delivery time of wood trim molding
The delivery time is depend on the material and the type you want to buy from us, the smaller type like beads and corner baseboard trim will take a longer time, we have to produce the moulding piece by piece and checking them piece by piece, so the smaller moulding will take longer time for production.
The wood material take more longer than LDF material, there are more production processes to deal with the raw material into boards, you should tell us if you need the moulding urgent and we can arrange a rush order for you one time per month.

The bulk pine wood baseboard do have a longer length like 4.88 meters or 5.4 meters, so the pallet will be the same with the length of the moulding, this package do have 7 smaller packs per pallet and make you can easy sale them.

These smaller package do have shorter length to allow you can easy sale and transport them in your warehouse or in market, we can package the painting baseboards and quarter round according to your requested.

This package is for smaller moulding or smaller wall panel, with label outside the package so you can sale them by the system of market, we can satisfy you for any package of yours even they are special.
