High quality raw material
Our MDF board raw material is with low density that is 580kg/m3 and strong bending resistance, it is not easy to break with the length of 16ft. The wood raw materials are all manually selected to remove rotten areas and serious nodules.

Our delivery time
Our monthly production capacity is around 200pcs 40ft containers of MDF moulding and 50pcs 40ft containers of wood moulding. This production capacity can guarantee our delivery timely. Normally our delivery time is 10-15 days for the MDF moulding and 15-20days for the wood moulding. If you order is the repeat order and we have produced your products before, the delivery time will be sooner. Of course, if you order quantity is too much, it will take more time to produce, so the delivery time may be later.

The existing moulding samples
Our existing samples can be sent to you for free and it can be used to check the raw material quality and moulding surface treatment, and the sample quality is the quality of our bulk products. The moulding size and shape may be not same as your needed product, but the customized moulding size and shape are ok for us when production the order product for you.

The customized moulding samples
If you need the sample size and shape totally same as your required product, we can prepare the customized sample for you. But there will be the sample charge, because we need to make the customized production metal mold, there will be the cost to make this mold. Of course, we you place the order to us, the sample charge will be returned.
