Material for bead molding trim
MDF
The MDF bead trim is made from our own MDF boards. Our MDF boards not only have low density, but also use wood species with relatively long fibers that are not easy to break. The surface of the board is very smooth, so when used to produce molding products, the surface of the product does not require too much polishing.
Softwood
The softwood mouldings and beadings is made from the softwood, it is a good choice, because the soft wood has a soft texture and are easy to mold. Pine beading is a very popular product because the price of pine wood is relatively affordable and the product is relatively stable.
Hardwood
Hardwood beading profiles are made of hardwood. Common products include oak bead moulding, walnut moulding, basswood moulding, etc. Usually they look more like ornate wooden beading because hardwood is sturdier and has prettier grain and color.
How to put orders from you
We provide quotations
After receiving the customer’s product inquiry, we will calculate the price based on the product information provided by the customer, and then compile it into a quotation and send it to the customer for reference. We do not have a price list for our products, so we need customers to provide the product information they need.
We provide samples
We have prepared some samples of regular products and can send these free samples to customers, so they can check the product quality. The size and shape of the sample may not be the product you need. You don’t have to worry, this sample is only used to check the quality. The order production will strictly according to the product you purchased.
Receive purchase order
If the customer is satisfied with our price and product quality, they need to provide us with a purchase contract, so that our cooperative relationship is officially established. If you have product drawings, you can send them directly to us. Or we can nake the drawing based on the samples you provide and send the drawings for your confirmation.
Order production
All order information is confirmed. After receiving the customer’s deposit, we will immediately arrange order production. If the customer needs to inspect the goods before the shipping or arrange a inspection by third-party, they are all ok for us. Regarding the shipping, customers can arrange it by themselves, or we can arrange it for you.
What is the maximum types for mixing different types
If your order quantity for each product is not too large, we can mix 3-4 products into one container for you, so that you can receive multiple different products in one order. This also depends on the the ordered products to determine the quantity of each product that can be mixed. If your order quantity is too small and there is no way to meet our minimum order quantity, we can also arrange production for you, but the product price will be a bit higher, because the smaller the order quantity, the additional cost in the production process will increase.
