Types of window architrave profiles
Thinner primed
Thinner primed is not easy to be made, but too thinner coating will not cover the raw color of the base, the damaged will be happen for thick primed on the surface of wood window pane moulding.
Painting available
Base painting is doing now for the surface of our pine architrave profiles, so you can do the last painting directly without the base paint in your place, but we can do the surface painting for you to make it with a finished product.
Veneer available
Wood veneer is a kind of nature material, can make it on the surface of the window architrave moulding and also mdf moulding both, the color of the veneer is the color of its raw with wood.
Material for window architrave profiles
Softwood
Poplar and pine are both soft wood and they are using most common in the market and also in our factory, the price is much cheaper than any other wood and also have a very good performance in using.
You can use pine wood for almost all of the pine ovolo architrave and frames, but for any other softwood material, we do not suggest for some of the special moulding using.
Hardwood
There are more hardwood types for wood window frame mouldings production in fact, red oak, walnut, beech are all the types of hardwood window frame mouldings and used very common in our factory for moulding.
The density of hardwood architrave mouldings are much better than softwood and the surface is more smooth for primed or painting, but the price is not as cheaper as softwood.

Pallet package with 16 feet size
Size with 16 feed is the mostly popular size which we are using and produce now, the pallet is made with 16 feet length also, we can loading the container by this longer pallet and also can easily unloading the mouldings from the container.
Sets package with smaller and shorter size
Most of the customers like to buy easily selling package from us, so the smaller size and shorter package is necessary for producing in the factory, we can do that according to your requested.
Shrink package with barcode
This type of package need special machines during production, most of the time the barcode and label are needed for these package, promoting flyer or a manual for using is also need to be package inside the package.
