We do not have the raw material of wood, but we do all of the production from the original wood to pine door moulding except drying them. We have our own drying kiln for more than 12 years and than cancel them according to the request of the government, but we dry them with our own technical person and have a very strict checking system.

Types of wood door trim
Primed
Most of our timber beading for doors are doing primed in our factory, it is a Gesso material which coating on the surface of wood moulding, white color with water base paint on the surface, so you can do the last painting in your places after you installation the moulding. This type of moulding is one of semi finished product, you have to do the last treatment to make them finished.
Paint
We can do finished reclaimed wood door trim with the last paint to make they are finished product and you can use them directly, the color can be different according to your requested, you can send us the color to make us matching it when painting, you also can tell us the number of the pantone color. This kind of wood edge moulding trim is a finished moulding that you can use directly without the last step painting or any other treatment.
Plastic lamination
This lamination is a traditional way also, but the colors and the designs do have more in these years, this lamination treatment do not need you do primed or paint on the surface before laminated them, you can do lamination directly on the raw moulding with glue and it is very tight. This type is also one of the finished timber angle moulding and the colors do have more that you can choose from.
Veneer
You can veneer the moulding if you still want the nature material and nature color of the moulding, the veneer can be chosen with the different just like the wood, so the base cost of each type of the veneer are very different in the market, the thickness is also the base cost for the material. This type is also one of the finished wood casing profiles but the base cost is the highest during all of the treatment.

There are many kinds of poplar like normal type and yellow poplar, the fiber is very different as well as the density, the price cheaper but it is not hard like pine wood, most of our poplar materials are come from Local places.

This is the main and popular material in the market, the price cheaper and the feature is also super for moulding. We buy this material from New Zealand, the logs are big and the feature is good with good fiber.

How to maintain the wood door trim
- No fire: Cause our wood materials are easily catch fire, so the storage places have to far away from fire and no flames next to it, or it will be very dangerous.
- Dry but cool place: Moisture places will make the coating do have problems and more hot places will make the raw materials bending easily, so a cool and dry place is needed for storage.
- Noted the working tools: Make sure your forklift machine do have ability to transport the goods, each pallet of the moulding do have 2800kg to 3000 kg around, make it safe during storage and transporting.

What is the maximum types for mixing different types
Old customers whose keep stock in our factory
Most of our customers do have big quantity per month, most of the time they need fulfil the container with 1 type wood wall trim moulding but you can mixed with no more than 42 types in one container, all of the types in our stocks can supply you mixed in the container.
New customers with standard moulding which we are producing
This is depend on the delivery time of your requested, you can wait for 3-5 weeks and we can produce them out with any other customers order together, or the base cost will be much higher for us and also for you. Normally we allow you can mixed in one container with 4 types.
New customers with new design
2 types for mixing for per container, we do have base cost of testing for new design and also molds for the new design, the base cost will be much higher for a new design moulding, so we do not accept the mixing order with more than 2 types normally, or you can bear the extra fees.
