Round and smooth surface

The white primed surface is covered with the gesso and water base primer, the coating thickness is 0.18-0.2mm that makes it look more smoother, and its thin thickness is not easy to fall off.

Our delivery time
Our delivery time is around 15-20 days. There are some factors will influence the order delivery time.
- The raw material: Preparing the wood raw material will take longer time than the MDF board, because it needs the worker to select and remove the unqualified wood.
- The order quantity: If your order quantity is more than 5 40ft containers, the production will need longer time than 20days. The order quantity is more, the time will be longer.
- Number of product style:The more product styles and the smaller the quantity of each product, the more production time will be required
The free samples
Our existing samples can be mailed to customers for free, you may only need to pay the express delivery fee for the sample, which will be returned to you after we start cooperation. Our samples are all previously produced order products, so it can show you the quality of our products very well. Our samples are rich in variety, including various molding products, and there are many choices in product styles and sizes.
Our package
We will design different packaging methods according to different product characteristics. Because the corner block product is small in size and the length is not 16ft like molding, there is no way to package it in pallets. Our common packaging method now is to use corrugated boxes, and use EPE to wrap the products in the boxes to prevent the product surface from being bumped or stained. If you have other special packaging requirements, you can tell us and we will arrange product packaging according to your requirements.
