Everywhere on the moulding surface is polished very smooth, and the white primed surface is very clean, with no stains or fingerprints. The primer is applied evenly and the thickness is only 0.18-0.2mm.

How to custome the product
- Confirm the CAD drawing: If the clients have the moulding drawing, they can send us the drawing directly. Or they can send us the moulding samples, we will make the drawing according to the samples and then send clients the drawing to confirm our drawing is ok or not.
- Confirm other order details: We need to confirm the other order details with you, such as the moulding surface treatment, the product length, the raw materials, the package information, the order quantity or your any other questions.
- Arrange the order production: The production will be arranged according to the confirmed moulding drawing. We can guarantee that the moulding shape and size will be total same as the drawing, and the product quality will not let you down.

Pallet packaging
Our common package method is the plywood pallet package, fixed the small package on the pallet with packing tape. It is not only safe but also easy to load and unload.
Customized small package
We can pack the product with PVC film and the customer company information can be printed on the film. The product label can be stick on the back side of the moulding.
Package for online sell
The individual package is needed for the online sell and we can supply this package. The product labels, shrink wrap, and carton packaging are all available.
