Details of timber quad mouldings

Smooth surface: We sand the surface of the solid wood moulding two times to make them much smooth for painting or primed, so you can touch a very smooth surface no matter you buy a raw product or a primed or painting product from us.

Thinner coating: The coating mainly primed with Gesso, the thinner of the coating is, the better of the product is for using. But the painting have to cover the color of the base material, and it is need to be paint very uniform also, not easy for making but we can do it for you.

More longer size: The size both for thickness and length do not have any limited, you can do the size with 8 feet or you also can do it with 16feet, they are much stronger and durable during using and transportation.

Size

Thickness can be done from 9mm to 30mm, the length can be done below 17 feet, so both 9mm oak quadrant beading and 20mm oak quadrant are both can be get from us as well as the length from 8-16 feet.

Material

Material can be use MDF and also can be chosen with different solid wood materials, cedar quad moulding or any other hardwood quadrant beading both can be chosen in our factory.

Package

Package normally do 4 pieces per pack for quarter round, 2 pieces per pack for half round, no matter you buy hardwood half round moulding or soft wood materials from us, packages are similiar.

Shipment

Shipment are normally by container of 40 foot, with wooden pallet which made by ourselves. Each pallet do have small packs to allow you do easier working for sale in your market.
