Choose material

The thickness is normally made with 12mm half round moulding and 18mm half round moulding, but you also can choose other thickness for your round moulding production, there is no limited for the thickness in our factory.
Length chosen
Length can be chosen with 8 feet, 12feet, 14 feet or 17 feet, the most longest moulding we are doing now is 17 feet till now, you can choose any size from us, which can suit for your market and you do not need to worry about quality issue.

Most of our customers need different designs of the moulding mixed in one container to low their investment and cost, you can mixed different mouldings also to fulfill the container.

Surface treatment of wood shoe molding
Primed
The main treatment surface of the moulding is primed, we do 2 times primed for this method, one time sand after the first layer primed, than second primed will done on the surface, than we paint the base water paint on the primed surface.
Paint
Paint with uv coating or oil paint coating are all available for us, the color can be single or colorful with different treatment in our factory, the base cost determine the price of the finished products.
Lamination
Lamination with paper, PE film are all ok for us to supply you, choose any color or type of the moulding which can matched your installing quarter round on baseboards.
Raw
Raw moulding do have the highest request, this is the reason why most of the factory can not supply you these types of mouldings for you, you can use it with raw or you can use it with clear paint.
