The raw material
The wood raw material will take longer time to treatment, because they are all natural, there will be knots and rot, so these issues need to be dealt with before production.

The order quantity
If your order quantity is large, it will need more time to finish the production. We will tell clients the delivery time when we have the order quantity.

Number of product style
The more product styles and the smaller the quantity of each product, the more production time will be required. We can accept mix 3-4 different kinds of moulding profiles in one container.

Production times
If it is the first time to produce a product, metal mold needs to be produced, so the production time will be longer. If it is a product that has been produced before, the production efficiency will be faster.
Our package
- Regular product packaging: Most of our products are stacked and packaged into small packages with PVC film, and then the small packages are placed on plywood pallets and fixed together.
- Specially shaped product packaging: For some special shaped mouding products, like a quarter circle, we will assemble 4pcs into a circle, wrap it with PVC film, fix it, then package it into small packages, and finally package it on plywood pallets
- Customized product packaging methods: We can provide individual packaging for online sales, or we can provide distributor packaging with customer company information. Various customized flower packaging methods, we can meet customer needs.
