What is window board and window trim moulding

The primed moulding surface is coated with the gesso and primer, the white color adds elegance to your home. This surface treatment can be used for both MDF product and wood product and the surface treatment is very perfect.
Veneered surface treatment
The veneered moulding surface is a popular and cost-effective choice, you can laminate the melamine with different wood grain and color to the MDF moulding surface to make it look like wood moulding, such as the oak veneered mdf window board
Water-proof effect
Windows are open areas. If the outdoor environment is humid, window board and window trim are required to be water-proof to extend the service life of the product. Our water-proof product is specially designed for the area with special requirement.

How to store the product
When storing all MDF moulding or wood moulding it is very important to keep all products dry and do not store directly in the ground or a damp place or a place exposed to direct sunlight to avoid moisture and dirt. It can be stored on pallets or shelves. It needs free air circulation in the space and adjust its humidity according to site conditions to ensure the storage area must be dry and well-ventilated.

Sure, the custpmized product is ok for us, both of the product sizes and shape can be cutomized as your requirement.
What is your MOQ？
The MOQ is based on the product exact size ,but trial order is also welcome,usually 10cbm for each profile is ok.
How about the delivery time ?
About 15-20 days for new order after received the 30% deposit , 10-15 days for repeat order after receive the deposit.
Can you offer the sample ?
Of course,Sample is free but sample freight is charged. The freight can be returned once we start the cooperation.
